Reception, restaurant was sealed by government. No reception staff, no hotel staff inside for support. Breakfast too much poor, unprofessional services. 24 hours no one pickup call for any support. Water, tea nothing provided. Bathroom is poor condition. Don’t spend money here. I request to mmt to don’t mention mmt biz property

during our stay at the hotel, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience. firstly, the hotel lacked wi-fi access. despite approaching the staff multiple times—at least ten—the issue remained unresolved. consequently, we spent new year’s relying on slow mobile internet, hindering our plans to watch movies, which was a primary reason for choosing that hotel. additionally, there was substantial construction occurring, causing the entire building to shake. i repeatedly reported this to the reception, expressing concerns about safety, but no action was taken. these disturbances marred our experience, particularly on the 31st, leading to a disappointing stay.

The location and the rooms are good. But the service is terrible. The staff is shady, not well trained. On top of everything, the building was sealed! legally sealed! still they were running operations illegally.
